Description
The doors in this series are made of DKP steel: 1,5 mm in case and 1,5 mm in wings.
Wing thickness is 5 cm in Standard and Mono doors and 7cm in Mono Built in doors.
Three type door cases can be used: adjustable case, inserting case, fixed case.
Lock place counterparts in door cases are closed in adjustable and fixed door cases.
2 pieces of 12 mm veneered MDF woods are used at the lower part of door wings in desired colors and patterns.
TSE certified Kale Brand locks (ball cylinder lock with 5 keys in the middle and doorknob cylinder lock with 3 keys on the upper side) are used. 2 doorknob cylinder locks with 3 keys at the bottom and top and 1 ball cylinder lock with 5 keys in the middle are used in Multi-system Lock doors.
All doors can be painted in desired colors with electrostatic paints upon demand and are furniced at 220 °C
Brass or satin accessories are used upon demand.
First class rubber fittings are used for heat and sound insulations. Optional rubber strip at the bottom of door wing can be used upon demand.
3 pieces of lubricatable 18 mm hinges are used in one wing doors. 3 security pins are used between hinges as well. 6 pieces of lubricatable 18 mm hinges are used in double wing doors.
Doors in this series are wrapped with strong cartoon.
