STUDFRAME:The studframe is made of 2mm thick cold rolled sheet metal vertical uprights with perforations for hanging panels. Horizontal reinforcement rails connect the uprights and fix the module's width. Wooden doors can be installed by special metal frames which are fixed within the studframe.SUSPENDS:The perforation system of the studframe's uprights makes the installation of external cladding and different hanging units (lighting units, shelving units and filing units) possible.SOUND ISULATION:Rock wool with the thickness of 5cm and density of 50kg/m3 is installed within the studframe between the panels.UPRIGHTS:The studframe's uprights can be regulated by an adjustable levelling device that exerts pressure upwards and downwards in aluminum channels which are fixed to both the ground and ceiling, thus directing the partition's path.ELECTRIC WIRES:The studframe is equipped with horizontal and vertical channels for accommodating electric, computer and telephone cables through. Outlets can be positioned as required.FLEXIBILITY:The system provides full flexibility, in allowing different formations of the partition through a special aluminum joint.PARTITIONS HEIGHT:The partition is flexible to follow any ceiling height. EXTERNAL CLADDING PANELS:Glazed panels:The external frame of the glass panel is made of two types of aluminum profiles: one for single and the other for double glass panels. An internal venetian blind made of 50mm wide blades with external control can be installed in the double glazed panels. The exposed part of the profile does not exceed 10 - 15mm.Laminated panels:Made of 16mm thick laminated MDF or chipboard (nominal thickness).Veneer panels:Made of 16mm nominal thick MDF or chipboard and imported veneer (nominal thickness). The veneer is selected, grouped and matched before cutting and applying to the baseboard. It is applied over the whole surface of the board to form a visually solid panel, and is painted with polyester and polyurethane. Metal panels with plasticized Finish coat:Finish coat:Solid 0.6mm thick plasticized galvanized steel with a reinforcement backing panel. All panel edges are bent to avoid any exposed sharp edges.Aluminum panels:Made of 1.5mm thick anodised aluminum sheets with a reinforcement backing panel. All panel edges are bent to avoid any exposed sharp edges.PANELS FIXING TO STUD FRAME:All panels are provided with hangers to compliment the hanging system.VENETIAN BLINDS:The double glazed partition can be provided with Venetian blinds that can be controlled manually or electrically by remote control.
