The MERO access floor construction type 5 suitable for the installation of communication and anykind of supply lines is used in office areas of industrial and administration buildings, banks and assurances, computer centers and technical rooms as well as in storage rooms and manufacturing plants.All elastic, hard and textile floor coverings as well as parquet, natural or artificial stoneand ceramic coverings can be used, provided they are suitable for access floors.Panel surface can also be finished in the factory with coating for loosely laid floor covering tiles.The access floor panel type 5 of wood material, 38 mm thick, emission class E1, is reinforcedwith galvanized steel sheet by advanced backing procedure. Panel edges are protected all roundby synthetic trim against mechanical damage and humidity.During processing only anti-pollution and solvent-free adhesives are used.Different load-bearing capacities can be achieved by means of the panel material itself as well as by adding reinforcing supplements such as steel sheets or stringers. Electrostatical requirements are fulfilled.the quality of the access floor ( Raised floor ) systems is guaranteed by a quality management system according to ISO 9001 and meets the requirements of MERO high standard quality.
